First, I need to apologize for the bad lighting…Arg! This was a last minute cake for my SIL b-day. Less than 24 hours from request, to conception, shopping, baking, designing and delivery. Top tier was a spice cake, and the bottom tier was Red Velvet cake, both had cream cheese frosting.
