18th shaped – I really enjoyed creating this cake for a returning customer. It was for their Grand daughter Alice who recently qualified as a first aider for St Johns Ambulance and also took part in the Duke of Edingburgh’s Award in the Yorkshire Dales.

So this is the design that I came up with.
I suggested having Alice sitting on the Number One shaped as the First Aid box which her grand parents thought was a brilliant idea

I had a lovely message from them saying that Alice absolutely loved the cake and that everybody else did too.
