I call this cake “Celtic Lady”. I left it rustic so that it would appear that it had been made by a farmer’s wife. The cake is White Velvet tinted pale green, while the buttercream icing has been flavored with Irish Cream Extract. The flowers are sugar Anemones. They are one of only two types of flowers that grow wild in Ireland even though they are not native to that region.
