Surprise for a dad

I really loved making this mini cake for doctor who turned 61 years old. His daughter who stays overseas, ordered this cake as a surprise for her parents.

It was a mini cake with silver handpainted roses on the bottom tier and a silver leaf covered wafer paper flower.
