The beautiful 87 year old birthday honoree loves daisies, and mums, so I added those plus many extra flowers on top and around the sides for an extra surprise, as this special lady was someone who was always so sweet to me growing up. She raised 7 wonderful children and now she has great grand children! I would stay at their house and spend the night with her daughter Penny, my best friend, and I was always welcome. You just don’t forget someone like that, so the least I can do is make her a special cake.
