El Morro Cake

El Morro is a historic landmark from the island of Puerto Rico. This cake was a promotion cake I did for my husband who is in the military. Everything is edible but the cannon on the top and the palm trees and it was my first attempt to sculpt somehow a cake. The water effect is marblelized fondant in different tones of blues and greens with piping gel on top.
