Rustic buttercream wedding cake

Only cake makers know the stress of making a buttercream wedding cake on a boiling hot day! Thankfully it survived the journey to the venue and is stood perfectly in an air conditioned room :)

It consists of a 6" Carrot cake with cream cheese filling, an 8" lemon sponge with lemon buttercream and a 10" white chocolate sponge with white chocolate buttercream and raspberry jam.

My 14" real log stand finishes this cake of beautifully :)
