I made this cake for a lady who I had recently made an engagement cake for. This cake is a 6" chocolate sponge filled and covered in chocolate ganache. She ordered it for her fiancé birthday as his present was a trip to ibiza and whilst over there they’re viewing their wedding venue. How sweet is that!! Hence the top hat and veil. She absolutely loved it
