My daughter and I designed and created this cake to honour a dear friend as she celebrated her birthday. All of the piping is courtesy of my 11 year old. We had lots of fun with this upside down method, although a little scary at times given the size of the bottom tier. Flavours include white chocolate, red velvet and sunny citrus pound cake all filled with swiss meringue buttercream. Fondant is applied using the barrel method. Visit us at sugarnursery on Facebook! Thanks Amanda and Maddy
