I wanted to make a FUN cake for my dad’s 78th birthday!!
Vanilla cake with pineapple buttercream filling and covered with fondant cherries, fondant banana slices, fondant chocolate sauce, sprinkles, and fondant waffle cookie hearts :)
This was alot of fun to decorate and I can’t wait to present it to him on August 1st…I’m not posting it on Facebook till after his party because my Mom and siblings are on Facebook! :D lol
My children helped me not only with making some decorations and deciding the placement of decorations but with input about the cake too! I love my little helpers.
I hope you love this cake as much as we do.
