Griphook came to life in 20 lbs or 9 kgs of luxurious chocolate standing 20 inches or 51 cm’s tall. As a chocolate sculptor, it’s always exciting to incorporate additional elements such as sugar prints and isomalt. It was a blast creating my own Happy Birthday Gringotts Bank Notes and a beautiful pendant in isomalt, chocolate and a sugar print as a gift and special acknowledgement to JK Rowling. To top it off, Griphook, the coins, pendant and base are painted with colored cocoa butter.
