Lyndi Kate's Alice in Onederland

My good friend requested this topsy turvy for an Alice in Onederland themed party for her daughter’s 1st birthday. The original cake was a 3 tier cake found on Pinterest that is on a party ideas site, so I’m unsure who to give credit- this is not my design. This cake had a LOT of firsts for me. I found out I can carve a cake, I made white chocolate ganache for the first time and can actually frost a cake upside down! My first topsy turvy was a bomb, but after a lot of reading, some good tips, and the guidance of my sweet friend, Peggy, of Peggy Does Cakes, I’m pretty happy with my second!
