Pink Cherry Blossoms Cake

My recent cake is this Pink Cherry Blossoms cake with a Sugar Peony.
Had a few issues with the sugar sheet on the cake due to the high humidity..

The sentence "Summer can really make things difficult for cake decorating’ is an understatement.

Aww thank you so much Anna – so sweet of you to say that.
I did have huge problems with this cake – that border was not in my original design lol but .. due the humidity the sugar sheet wasn’t staying and I ended up tearing a wee bit at the bottom when gluing it back..
But as always once the cake is done you forget all the problems lol <3
