Made for possibly the most laid back bride ever! The 10 inch bottom tier was 6 inches tall and the 8 inch top tier was cut to a crescent shape to make space for a white chocolate skull to be placed alongside. Top tier was slightly shorter at approx 5 inches so as not to ‘dwarf’ the skull. I made ‘crack’ style indents into the fondant and airbrushed the colour to bring out the texture. Lemon cake with homemade lemon syrup, mild lemon buttercream and dark chocolate ganache. Artificial oversize lilies to match the brides bouquet were used to decorate the cake. Have to say this cake looked much better in person than the pictures show.
