A Ride to Remember Scholarship – Michael MacDonald Memorial
As a tribute to her brother’s (Michael MacDonald) enthusiasm for motorcycles, Kelly and her cousin Matt organized the “Ride to Remember,” an event that brought more than one hundred thirty riders last year to help raise funds to support the scholarship. This is a 2 layer cake Sheet Cake which was 1/2 Chocolate Cake and 1/2 Vanilla Cake. Sheet cake was covered in Buttercream Frosting with a hint of Raspberry flavor. The Center top was a Marble Cake with Buttercream Frosting, covered in Fondant, also with a hint of Raspberry added to the fondant.
