My 1st attempt making Louis Vuitton Purse Cake. I made this cake for my sister-in-law Birthday. I could not have done this without inspiration and input from Chrissy Cakes for her support thru emails & DeliciousDeliveries. Chocolate Cake with chocolate mousse filling covered with chocolate butter cream & edible image & Gum Paste Decorations. I haven’t used fondant to cover this cake because my sister-in-law doesn’t like fondant & gum paste so I have used very little. This was Plan B execution as half edible image was printed in wrong color & noticed it around 11:30pm so my dearest Husband decided me to go with Plan B…laying down the cake. The cake was a Big HIT :) my sister-in-law & her friends loved it!!
