This frog prins is made of isomalt sugar.
And it is blown and pulled sugar.
Everything is sugar.
Every little stone leaf and flower petal.

The 1.5 liter Fanta bottle is there to show the size.

Loving him, he is adorable. I also love sugar work. I took a class in pulled and blown sugar from Chef Ewald Notter in 2000. I have all of the equipment but no one in my area is willing to pay the price for this type of work. So I only occasionally do something in sugar just for myself and practice so I don’t forget what I have learned.
