 I made a flag out of cupcakes for a picnic for tomorrow. I used a ruffled effect on each cupcake. Cupcakes are Magnolia Bakery’s vanilla recipe, vanilla SMBC filling with vanilla BC. Stars are fondant with white pearl dust.
