Decided to go out of my comfort zone by modelling a figure. Unfortunately this week has been very hot and humid so it didn’t dry very well. This was also my first time covering a square cake and I can’t say that it was a total success. I’m very proud of the fact that even though it was very challenging I never lost my cool and did not utter even one nasty word. Have to admit that I was close when hubby decided to point out some flaws not once by twice. Unfortunately my lady broke both legs and one arm during the ride to my sister’s house and still I smiled. Oh well at least it tasted good. Cake was honey peach cake filled with almond SMBC and sugared pecans. Design was inspired by Carlos Lischetti .
