This was my first attempt at creating a ruffle cake. Using buttercream icing and tip 104, I made three layers of ruffle, then added some pink to the icing and made a few more rows.. then added more pink to finish the top few rows. It wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be and got rave reviews! I then added a top tier and two branches of sugar cherry blossoms to spice it up.
