I did this cake for a competition a couple of years back. Still one of my favorite cakes ever. Might be because I am a PotO fanatic. White cholocate candles, gumpaste rose, gumpaste music sheet handwritten with edible marker (before edible images were around!), pastillage mask, fondant cape and hand piping all adorn this cake.
