The Sweet Lover's Cake

Buttercream cakes are so nice to do once in a while! Love this frosting technique…I was going for a cotton candy resemblance! Bow topper and plaque are fondant with a touch of tylose for strength and some disco dust for sparkle. The birthday girl also likes cake balls, so I added a few at the side (chocolate coconut with tinted white chocolate, sprinkles and a touch more disco dust)>
