This cake was made for a Jiu-Jistu student getting their black belt. The cake was a 1/4 sheet cake covered in fondant to look like the Gi they wear, then added fondant detailing. I added stitching to the gi, belt and patch. The name is hand painted on the belt with edible gold and the patch was hand cut by eye. I made this from a combination of text message images that were sent to me of the gi, patch and belt.
