Black Damask Cake

For Shelley’s 40th we made her a Silver Lustred/Black Damask cake.
Top tier was Chocolate Mud filled with layers of mocha buttercream and light chocolate. The bottom tier was another Chocolate mud cake filled with cherry-ripe buttercream.

Shelley requested this dairy-free cake, so all her family members could be included in her celebration.
