Terrified of how this strawberry and cream sponge and buttercream cake would end up when the customer said it was going to be taken on a 5 hour car trip in 30 degree heat. So we kept it in the freezer except for the fondant figurine, and timed it so that it would be perfect on reaching the venue. And it travelled in a polistyrene food box. The last picture shows it survived the trip!!! yayyyyyyyy!!!!!
