This was made for the Children’s Discovery Center’s Dr. Seuss celebration.

Chocolate cake with chocolate cream filling, swiss buttercream and fondant covering. It was two eight inch, three layers, stacked to make it tall.

The cat is made of rice crisps, covered in fondant, all edible decorations.

The character panels on the cake are all hand-painted on fondant with fondant trim, no edible images.
