I call it my ‘showing a little leg’ (not completely naked! cake). This was made for a friend following the completion of radiotherapy for breast cancer! we decided to celebrate with cake! The cake is sponge with fresh strawberry butter cream and a few dollops of vanilla bean butter cream, sparkly pearls of course and decorated randomly with fresh strawberries and white chocolate balls.
