In Celebration of a Birthday, turning 21…..Topsy Turvy Luau Cake was inspired by the colors of the sunset at the beach. 3 tiers, all tiers Chocolate with chocolate Bavarian filling. Crumb coated with buttercream flavored in Vanilla/butter/almond and covered with Fondant. Hand painted sunset and shadows of palm trees on top tier. All embellishments are made out of fondant, borders are chocolate… Tiki made out of Rice Crispy, Torches made with fondant and they are also candles, so they could be lit.
