I was asked to incorporate a peacock theme for an Indian wedding, and to include a bride, groom on a horse, and their chief over lookers! So apart from designing and making the cake, I then had to go back tonight and cut it up for dessert! … Part of me hurt thinking of how many hours I spent into the wee hours of the morning, but then, everyone was so pleased, it was worth it!
