This cake has all handmade gumpaste flowers dusted with petal dust. I used three shades of gumpaste to get the color variation in the pink roses. I’m pretty proud of this buttercream icing which came out very smooth and straight!
It’s two tiers of white chocolate cake with white chocolate ganache and raspberry filling, one tier of carrot cake with cream cheese filling, and one tier of lemon cake with lemon curd filling. It really won’t sit on that piece of plywood – I just needed that to ensure I could pick up this VERY heavy cake on a completely sturdy base.
