The Gruffalo is a much loved literary character from the book ‘The Gruffalo’ by Axel Scheffler.

I sculpted the cake from layered chocolate mud in between chocolate ganache. The final covering is in chocolate RTR icing, which tasted great, and saved loads of work with colouring.
