This was a cake for my own 10th Wedding anniversary so I took the chance to experiment. The venue was a lovely Shabby chic cafe bar. The top tier is lemon drizzle cake with a white chocolate and lemon butter cream the bottom tier is chocolate mud cake with a white chocolate butter cream. I dont like fondant or gnache so it was butter cream all the way!
