It’s my daughter-in-law’s Baby Shower tomorrow so I made this cake for her. We don’t know what she’s having so it’s all very exciting. This will be my 4th grandchild.

It’s a Mary Berry recipe – Carrot Cake with Banana and Walnuts. It’s covered in buttercream and fondant.
