Ruffles and Roses Wedding Cake

I’ve been looking forward to making this one since November but I was in a motorcycle accident 2 weeks before this cake was due! I wasn’t about to tell the bride she was cakeless, so with the help of my mom (baking and cleaning up) I was able to still pull it off. Thanks Mom!! (first photo by Alea B?benek)

Soo nice! How did you do the ruffles?

Thanks! I LOVED making this cake! Caymancake, I describe how I do the ruffles in the comments of my other ruffle cake here: http://cakesdecor.com/cakes/2008 Hope that helps! If anything is still unclear, just ask and I’ll try to explain it better. :)

AnnMarie, I am on the mend. It’s amazing how God has made our bodies to heal themselves! I get a little better everyday and should be back to normal soon! Thank you for your prayers!
