This was a last minute cake I made for the daughter of a friend of mine for her 20th birthday. A simple ganache coated chocolate sponge decorated with a handful of pretty coloured tiles, so semi-naked I guess! I chose a lily for the top because I find them such a quick and easy flower to do, and I airbrushed the petals before adding the finer detail with a paintbrush. Not terribly tidy as I was in a rush and just sort of making stuff up as I went along, but I was happy overall, and I love the colouring of the lily :)
