Combined Birthday & Farewell
I was given the brief: a policeman’s Birthday, worker at Bidvest’s Birthday, a farmer’s Birthday and a farewell to Australia. Now when someone says “do what ever you would like”, it’s a squeal moment!!!! And of course that means lets have some fun with this cake!!
Bottom tier, obviously the NZ police hat, yummo vegan vanilla cake with salted caramel buttercream.
First middle tier a brown shopping bag with fruit and a little bidvest logo on the front, choc mud cake.
Second middle tier, my interpretation of a cow, strawberries n cream cake.
Top tier, well say no more, Mr Koala in his eucalyptus tree eating, chocolate orange cake.
I certainly let my inner child come out to create!! The journey to get there was amazing and definitely worth every moment!
This was a first multi tiered cake for me and will certainly not be the last!!!
