I made this cake for my nephew.. and it was a pleasure to make! No cutting out hundreds of squares lol, I used wafer paper instead! :) I found a site with the templates too! The ‘figures’ have modelling chocolate inside and the sides are backed with a little bit of icing! My nephew isn’t too keen on fondant, so this was much better!
