This is my contribution to the incredible Sugar Myths and Fantasies Collaboration. It really was an honor to participate in my first collaboration with so many amazing and talented sugar artists- a bit of a dream, really. As a child I was so intrigued by the myth of the mermaid- beautiful, elegant, sirens of the sea, trapped in an underwater world and forever longing to live above the surface. It was such an amazing and joyful task to bring my own childhood fantasies to life!! Thank you for looking.
