A sampling of the 11 cookie flower pots I made for Mother’s Day. The pots are over-sized cupcakes with crushed chocolate wafers for dirt. The flowers & butterflies are sugar cookies & the leaves are made of fondant. Inspiration for the butterflies came from Montreal Confections. Mine aren’t nearly as good but I did get better as I went.
