Even though flowers are pretty much my niche, I also enjoy doing different things too. This baby Rhino was such fun to make. He was a huge beastie that weighed about as much as the real deal. The body was carved from chocolate cake, filled with salted caramel and chocolate buttercream. The head, legs and underbelly were made from RKT. After covering him in sugar paste, I used cocoa powder as a dust – if I may say so, he smelled gorgeous!
