My son’s monster truck cake. Bottom tire cake is 12” chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and almond praline SMBC. Middle tier is a dummy cake with gumpaste flames. Monster truck is made entirely of RKT, covered in chocolate ganache (for straight edges), then MFF and airbrushed to get the desired color. Decorated with LED lights.
