First time to do a double-barrel (two-tiered) cake. Design inspired by Rouvelee’s Creations. Top tall tier is 6” Mango vanilla cake with mango SMBC (covered with white chocolate ganache for stability). Middle is a 8” dummy cake with hand-painted cross based on the invite. Bottom tier is 10” chocolate cake with Ferrero Rocher SMBC. Precious Moments topper provided by the mom. I was lucky to read Sharon Wee Creations’ blog regarding double-barrel cakes. She mentioned 3 techniques and I opted for the wrap around and bunching on top like a dumpling.
