The inspiration for this design came from the bride from an image on pinterest. The design was tweaked slightly and the colour to match the bridesmaid dresses. The 4 tiers are made of Chocolate sponge, lemon sponge and vanilla sponge. The bride was absolutely delighted with the result, it is a beautifully simple cake. This was my first time using massa ticino and I was so impressed.
