Bloomingdale Bulls girls flag football cake

I did this one for our local schools girl flag football teams banquet…unfortunately it never arrived as it slipped of the board it was travelling on and smashed into my back seat. To date this has been my most precious lesson in cake making yet…do not let someone else help as it may end in disaster and make sure you know your cake will not move yourself do not leave that job up to others. Football is rice krispies covered in chocolate ganache. Bull is made from gumpaste. Everything is edible. On the back of the cake I put all the teams last names. Such a pity no one else got to see this cake it really was gorgeous.
