My customer wanted an Ariel cake but was on a pretty tight budget so instead of doing an edible figure I used a doll and a few little toys she had already. We went with a 2 tier cake and her daughter really liked the deeper blue color. I did spray it with my spray gun to give it highs and lows but very hard to tell in the pictures. All the sea creatures, coral, shells and seaweed are edible. Used a combination of crushed rice krispies and brown sugar for sand.
