This cake was made in the morning of my mother in laws birthday, as my children wanted to give to their grandma a cake. Wanted to do it completely out of buttercream but buttercream wasn’t firm enough so had to use fondant to make basket weave and flowers very quickly. Not a great cake but I Learnt a lot whilst making this cake.
