Linda, I used June’s fondant recipe but with the heat & humidity I found it a little too soft. I probably should have added more sugar. The past three days were brutal with heat & humidity. Temps in the mid to high 90s.

Thank you both for the compliments. I don’t think my daughter is too crazy about it. She asked me only last week so I didn’t have much time to plan anything and when she asked for an obstacle course cake my mind just went blank. I guess they are just too many girls in the family. I’m much more comfortable decorating for females.

That is one reason I would hate having a business. I like to make what I want to make, and not have to do what someone else wants to ‘commission’ me to to do. When someone gives me an order, it’s hard for me to capture their vision.
