Dark chocolate cake filled with dark chocolate ganache, covered with vanilla fondant and adorned with:
· 775 individually hand rolled fondant pearls (I made about 900 in total with a little help from my husband smile emoticon )
· 26 gumpaste roses
· 26 gumpaste cherry blossoms
· 26 gumpaste berries
· 34 gumpaste hydrangeas
· 116 tiny pink and white gumpaste filler flowers
· gumpaste lace to look like doilies beneath the flowers on both tiers
· 1 gumpaste monogram topper!!
