30th Anniversary cake. An homage to the original wedding cake which had 3 iced tiers and a small silver jug filled with real freesias on the top tier. This cake was truely a labour of love and I learned a lot about gumpaste flowers. All flowers were pulled without the use of any cutters. The jug is made from gumpste, too. The edging on the cake is piped with royal icing at stiff peak consistancy.
