Gardenia and Freesia Cake

This small cake overflowed with sugar gardenia, freesias and hydrangea. The cake was covered in sugar hydrangea leaves. Made for a very special birthday celebration, the client was delighted. I was relieved.

Gorgeous – and the lovely thing about this site is that it’s for everyone of any ability. As a hobby baker I am way short of the level of some of the iconic names here – but always receive lots of encouragement.
